Event Staffing

Joy Smith Foundation events raise funds to support survivors. Volunteers are needed to staff the information table and sell fundraising items at events and speaking engagements.

Event Participation

Our fundraisers require team captains and participants to ride and walk in towns and cities across Canada in support of the Joy Smith Foundation.

Advocate

Screening Events
Our greatest tool for ending human trafficking is education. Organize a screening of the Joy Smith Foundation documentary and make a big difference in your community. Ask for a screening event kit!

School Presenters
We’re training volunteers to present in schools using Joy Smith Foundation educational materials.

Fundraisers

Do you have an idea for a fundraising event? We’d love to hear it. Funds raised will stay in your province to support grants for frontline organizations that rescue and rehabilitate survivors.

“My journey with the Joy Smith Foundation began when a friend handed me the book, ‘The True Story of Canadian Human Trafficking’ by Paul H. Boge. What I discovered in those pages shook me to my core — human trafficking was happening right here in Canada. The knowledge I gained from the book stirred something within me, and I signed up for the Foundation’s newsletters, eager to learn more about their work.
