Welcome to the National Human Trafficking Education Centre – a unique online hub offering educational resources to help Canadians understand and fight human trafficking.
Here, you will find a variety of courses intended for different audiences including youth, parents, educators, survivors, social workers, front line responders, medical professionals and those working in the justice system.
Our courses range in length and the content is specifically tailored to the audience. Content is developed by the Joy Smith Foundation, a leading authority on the prevention and intervention of human trafficking in Canada.
Some courses are free, while others are offered for a fee. Consider signing up for a course on your own, with your family, work colleagues or as a group. Check back often as new courses will be added on an on-going basis.
Education is our greatest weapon as we work together to end human trafficking.
By registering you agree to all copyrights and you agree to not copy, record or distribute course material without the written permission of the Joy Smith Foundation.
